Abstract: Strategies for integrating global perspectives into vocational curricula are increasingly relevant in preparing students for globalized labor markets and diverse workplace environments. This study examines effective strategies for infusing global perspectives into vocational education to enhance cultural competence and international competitiveness. Objectives include identifying barriers to global integration in vocational curricula, evaluating the effectiveness of existing global education initiatives, and exploring perceptions of global competence among vocational educators and students. A survey research design is justified to gather data from a sample of 180 participants, including vocational instructors and students, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across different vocational disciplines and educational levels. Case studies will focus on vocational training institutions in Enugu State, chosen for their commitment to global education and regional diversity. Findings reveal that integrating global perspectives enhances students' cultural awareness, communication skills, and career opportunities in international markets. Recommendations emphasize curriculum internationalization, faculty training in global competencies, and partnerships with international organizations to promote global citizenship through vocational education.
